This is how your sponsorship name is listed on the calendar. This is not the section to list birthdays and anniversaries.
Please include the name (birthday) or names (anniversary) and date for each event to include on the calendar. Please put each entry on a new line.

If you merely want to use prior year's submission, please just indicate so in the box. Free free to also contact the office or use the printable PDF version to send in a written copy.
